Question. So how do you incorporate all of these single pages together-- I mean, I am always worried about making facing pages so it goes together in my book-- do you just not worry about that and scrap what you have- whether it's two pages or not? I think I could do better pages if I wasn't so worried about making 2 page layouts.

Yes my books are totally random. Sometimes they coordinate, but more often don't. Now that you're thinking about $2/page, maybe it won't matter so much.
